Ana Oncina

Biography
Ana Oncina (Elda, 1989) made a splash in 2014 with her series Croqueta y Empanadilla, which won over thousands of readers, received the Audience Award at the Barcelona International Comic Fair in 2015, and was nominated for Best Spanish Work at Ficomic. In 2017, Ana Oncina was included in Forbes’ list of the most influential creators under 30 in Europe. In recent years, she has published Los fcking 30* (Zenith, 2019), the stories “Neko Grl” and “Mangaka” in Planeta Manga (2019, 2020), and contributed to the anthology Voces que cuentan (Planeta Cómic, 2021). In 2024, she received the second prize at Japan’s International Manga Award for Just Friends, published in Planeta Manga in 2021.
