In July 2025, France hosted its biggest manga and anime event, the Japan Expo, in Paris ! It was the perfect opportunity for us to showcase the second issue of our European manga magazine, MANGA ISSHO !
The Manga Issho booth was an essential part of the Kana publishing stand, right on the main aisle ! This gave our artists and magazine fantastic visibility. Speaking of which, we were fortunate to host a total of 11 artists featured in Manga Issho #1 and #2 :

- Yoann Vornière (🇫🇷) – writer of “Where Are You?”
- Federica di Meo (🇮🇹) – illustrator of “Oneira – Path of the bleeding star”

- Reno Lemaire (🇫🇷) – author of “Mother Jack”
- Gin Zarbo (🇩🇪) – Author of “The Secret of Scarecrow – The Armorer”
- Ban Zarbo (🇩🇪) – Author of “COLD – The creature”
- Maria Chiara Tonti (🇮🇹) – Illustrator of “Not yet”
- Denise Coraggioso (🇮🇹) – Illustrator of “The Mermaid Bride”
- Toni Caballero (🇪🇸) – illustrator of “The Girlz”
- Sergio Hernandez (🇪🇸) – writer of “The Girlz”
It was truly an honor and a joy for us to welcome them to Paris to meet their French-speaking audience. Many of you had the chance to take advantage of their presence and leave with an original shikishi, showcasing the unique talent of all these authors through their signatures ! They all thank you for being there.
On top of that, four authors took the stage for an epic “Battle Draw” ! They had to create drawings based on challenges thrown out by the audience and our host. It was a risky challenge, but our talented artists handled it with flying colors !
Finally, it was also a great opportunity for us to hold a roundtable discussion about the launch of Manga Issho in Europe, especially in France, featuring the four dedicated publishers of our magazine.
