Elsa Brants

Elsa Brants was born in Montpellier in 1975. At 12 years old, secretly influenced by the unlikely “mix” of Gotlib and Rumiko Takahashi (Lamu…), Elsa decided to devote her life to comics. Created over weekends and vacations, her first story now spans more than 900 pages… and still has no ending! Ten years later, Elsa met Guillaume Lapeyre through a fanzine, and they decided to join forces, both professionally and romantically. Today, they are married, have two children, and have completed their first series, “Les chroniques de Magon”, with Guillaume handling the artwork and Elsa the coloring. Elsa has also colored several other graphic novels… but that was no longer enough for her: she had to draw! Now she’s embarked on her first manga set in the age of Greek myths, where she handles everything from the script to the artwork: “Save Me Pythie”. She then created a second humorous manga: “Myrtis”.
