Ricardo Vílbor is a teacher, writer, and comic book scriptwriter. He made his debut in 2012 with the graphic novel Valentia (Norma Editorial), and since then he has published numerous works, including Carroñero (La Cúpula) alongside Vicente Montalbà, Le vieil homme et les narcos (Nouveau Monde Éditions), illustrated by Max Vento—which was published in Spain and Mexico by Panini under the title El viejo y el narco, and earned him the Best Script Award at Splash! The Valencian Community Comic Festival in 2020. Other notable titles include Don Juan Tenorio (Grafito), with Claudio Sánchez, and Montemar (Dolmen), with artist Rodrigo Vázquez.
